A Black Box Stage, Set for Your Show

Jones 125 is the Studio Theatre at Meredith College in Raleigh, a black box theater inside Jones Hall. The room is arranged for each production, so the stage and the seating follow your show and your audience sits close to the performance.

It suits a new play for a small audience, a dance piece seen up close, a rehearsal week or a workshop. Mirrored walls behind curtains make it a working room for dance and movement as well. Seating averages about 90, depending on the layout. The Studio Theatre is booked on its own: a Jones Auditorium rental does not include it.
