Understanding Our Rates Guide

Our venue rental rates are typically based on a minimum reservation length, with clear pricing for each additional hour. Please note that some events may require specific staffing, such as an event supervisor. This guide is designed to help you build an initial budget; for a comprehensive proposal, we always recommend getting in touch.

Most venue rentals are based on a minimum time block (e.g., 2, 4, or 10 hours) to ensure ample time for your event.

Staffing & Add-ons

Some events, especially in our auditoriums, may require dedicated staff like a supervisor or technician for an additional hourly rate.
